Condition guide

When considering donating your vehicle, it's important to understand that RideForward accepts a variety of conditions. Running vehicles are the most straightforward option, as they can typically be auctioned off or sold directly to buyers. However, if your vehicle isn’t running, don’t worry! We still accept non-running vehicles, as they can often be sold for parts or recycled, allowing us to make the most of your generous donation.

We generally accept vehicles with salvage titles, but those that are rebuilt or reconstructed may have restrictions. If there's a lienholder on your title, it may require additional steps to transfer the title correctly. We assess each case individually to ensure we can move forward while supporting our mission to help Philadelphia residents access vital benefits.

Pickup considerations

RideForward understands that not all vehicles are easy to access, especially in a busy city like Philadelphia. Whether you live in an apartment complex, a rural area, or have your vehicle docked at a marina, our team is experienced in handling these situations. We'll work with you to schedule a convenient pickup that minimizes hassle so you can focus on making a difference in our community.
